Propagated on the farm here in Quantico Village, Hebron, this cultivar does well on the Shore. Baby plants are kept outdoors & are hardened off, ready for the outdoors.
An Angustifolia, this cultivar blooms a few weeks earlier than average and has many second blooms. It has dark blue/purple buds. The richly colored flowers have a strong aroma and are a culinary delight. Stems are 6-12" long and are great for arrangements and wreaths. Bowles Early requires 24" of spacing between plants. It has a sweet aroma & is great for culinary use.

Bowles Eary Lavender Plants - Pickup or Local Delivery only
Plant in a sunny location with no shade. Best planted on a mound in semi sandy soil for good drainage. Lavender roots will rot if left in soggy soil after rains. Plants should be 24" apart. Do not plant next to other plants that need daily watering.
