Vendor Application
Lavender Bloom Festival

image.png

We’re excited to welcome vendors to the Lavender Bloom Festival 2026, taking place June 6–7! With over nine years of vending experience, we truly understand the time, care, and passion that go into creating your products and managing a full festival day from setup to breakdown. Supporting our vendors is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make your experience smooth, enjoyable, and successful.

Priority will be given to vendors who grow, create, or produce their own art or products. We carefully select artists and producers whose offerings complement the farm’s atmosphere and mission. While having a lavender-themed product or display is encouraged to enhance the festival experience, it is not required.

Please review the application for full details. Applications are due by April 1, 2026. The vendor fee is $30 for both days. This year’s application is available as a fillable form for convenience, though a downloadable PDF is still offered. Completed forms will be emailed back to you for your records.

New for 2026:
• Live music will begin later, allowing more time for morning classes
• Whole-dollar cash payments will be accepted for ticket purchases at the check-in area

We will list when capacity has been reached for a vending theme. We work hard to not have more than 1-2 of any categories to help vendors reach maximum sales.

Capacity has been reached for food court vendors.

6. WWLF may prohibit the display, advertisement, or other promotion of any business, company, or organization anywhere on the festival grounds that conflicts with a current festival sponsor, event sponsor, or preferred vendor. During 2025’s event, thunderstorms and rain occurred prior to and after the event and we were blessed with not having rain during the event.  We follow My Radar’s live coverage and will keep vendors updated on any imminent inclement weather. In the event of an emergency situation, we will follow the same guidance as the Wicomico County Fair, and require vendors and guests go to and remain in their cars until it is safe to return to the festival.

The Fair makes no representation and does not guarantee any volume of “foot-traffic” of festival guests in any area of the grounds. WWLF cannot speculate upon or control the popularity of one area of the festival over the other. (We have not had any complaints)

17. Upon vacating its booth space, Vendor must dispose of all trash in appropriate containers and ensure that the booth space is free of trash and in the same condition as it was before Vendor’s occupation. Failure of the Vendors to clean their booth site may result in the future denial of Vendor participation. Vendor will have access to the grounds until 7:00 pm on Sunday, to clean up and remove all materials from their location.

18. Vendor certifies that it maintains adequate liability insurance to cover all occurrences which may result in the damage or injury to anyone in Vendor participant’s booth space.
