How to Order Plants & Seedlings

​Please Read Before Ordering Lavender Plants & Seedlings

Preorders & Growing Time

Lavender plants and seedlings may be preordered through our online SHOP.  All plants are grown from cuttings after your order is placed and require a minimum of 6 weeks of growing time. We grow in an open high tunnel and outdoors, where temperatures can affect growth rates. Your plants will be hardened off and ready to plant directly in the ground, but because growing conditions vary, we cannot guarantee exact maturity or pickup dates.

 

Pickup & Local Delivery Only

We do not ship plants at this time.

Orders must be:

• Picked up at Wildwood Lavender Farm, or

• Delivered through our local delivery service within Wicomico County

We are currently testing packaging and hope to offer shipping in the future.

Pricing

• 50-count plug flat: $50 per flat ($1 per plug)

• 4-inch pots: $5 each

• Gallon pots: $10 each

• Phenomenal & Sensational 4-inch pots: $6 each, when available

Wholesale pricing is no longer available.

 

2026 Estimated Pickup Dates

Orders placed by August 30, 2026, are anticipated to be ready for pickup by October 17, 2026.

For each week you order after August 30, add approximately one week to the anticipated pickup date.

Pickup dates are estimates and may change based on temperatures and growing conditions.

What Size Will My Plant Be?

Plants are started from cuttings immediately after your order is placed.

Gallon plants will have more room for root development and deeper roots than plants grown in 4-inch pots or 50-count plug flats. Please keep in mind that a newly grown gallon plant will not be the same size as a 6-month- or year-old gallon plant.

Important Frost Information

Please consider your local frost dates when ordering.

Plants will be hardened off and ready for planting, but they are grown and acclimated to USDA Zone 7b conditions.

These patented/royalty-protected cultivars cannot be propagated by us from cuttings. We work with authorized growers and purchase these plants legally as seedlings. Availability will be determined later in the year.  When available, Phenomenal and Sensational are sold only in 4-inch and gallon pots.
