We can't take credit for this one! We made this mulled apple cider recipe with our lavender shortbread for our distillation classes and the Christmas Open Barn. Again, customers asked us to post the recipe and we are sharing the link to Nancy Baggett's website.
We tried it first with the brown sugar, but we preferred it without. The apple cider was sweet enough. We didn't use the cardamon at the Open Barn, but we like it with or without.
We met Nancy in January 2023 at the National Lavender Growers Association Convention in Portland, Oregon and enjoyed her class on photographing food where I learned some wonderful tips.
