Private Fall Photography Sessions

Photography & Private Photo Shoot Policy

Fall Sessions:  The autumn beauty on the farm is a special time.  Lots of golden light, shadows & wildlife. We're happy to share our small ponds, wooded areas, nature path, long lane & transitioning wildflowers.  The photo opportunities abound.  Feel free to contact us if you would like to explore the areas prior to setting up sessions. 

There is no charge for taking pictures during the farm's normal business hours.  We do ask that you pick a spot near or in the field that does not hinder or make other guests uncomfortable. Especially if guests were there before you arrived.  

The farm typically closes at 6 pm and we understand that is the, "golden hour," for light that most photographers prefer.  Beginning in 2025, our Classes page will include private photography sessions beginning at 6 pm and lasting for two-three hours.  The fee is $40 for these private sessions.  

Book a Fall Session

For the majority of sessions, the farm stand will remain open, but this is not always guaranteed.  Some days, farm work will continue, but we will avoid riding the tractor or lawn mower within view of your session area. 

Spring/Summer Sessions will begin mid-May thru June for the English lavender bloom & July for the French, larger lavender bloom during the first two weeks of July.  We are growing two new cultivars that bloom mid-July, but we are waiting to see how these progress and will add session times if available. Spring/Summer booking will start in April 2026.

If your session is cancelled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.  Refunds will not be issued for no-shows with less than a 24-hour notice.
