Lavender Microwave Potato Chips Recipe

Lavender Microwave Potato Chips:

  • Potatoes (Purple if available)

  • Olive Oil

  • Wildwood’s Lavender Pink Himalayan Salt

Clean potatoes thoroughly. Slice thinly, 1/8-1/16”. Place on a microwave safe plate so slices do not touch. The middle chips will cook quicker than outer ones. Microwave 2.5 minutes (may vary with different wattages). Flip chips mid-way, drizzle lightly with olive oil & grind salt lightly on chips. Finish microwaving. Remove, plate may be hot; use caution & remove chips. Let cool slightly; enjoy!
