Lavender Distillation Classes

This year's distilling classes will be starting soon next week. Participants will learn a brief history of distilling, types of stills available, processing styles, hints & recommendations and will each receive a sample of the oil & floral waters they produce at the class.

Bill & Shana have been growing lavender since 2016 and began distilling in 2019. They have studied distilling first through classes provided by the United States Lavender Growers Association and by following the guidance of seasoned lavender distillers across the country.

Classes will be kept small in order to provide maximum participation time for each student.
