Vendor Application for Lavender Bloom Festival 2026

We are excited to see who will be joining us for the Lavender Bloom Festival 2026 on June 6th & 7th! We have been vending for over nine years, and we know the hard work it takes to create one's product and then set up, work all day and pack-up. It takes a lot of passion & pride to build a small business. We will do our best to support our vendors & assist in making your stay go as smoothly as possible.

Priority will be given to vendors who grow, create or make their own art or products. Only vetted artists/producers who sell items which complement the farm’s atmosphere & mission will be considered. Having a lavender product and/or decorating with a lavender theme is recommended to keep with the lavender themed festival but is not required.  

Please see the application form for more details. Applications are due by April 1, 2026. The vendor fee is $30.00 for both days. This year we have a fillable form which we hope will make the process easier. You can still download a pdf copy if you prefer, but we will email a filled copy to you for your records and easy reference.

Some improvements this year: The large tent will be set up closer to the house. Music will start later allowing more time for morning classes. Cash payments will be allowed for ticket purchases at the Check-in area.

We will list on the vendor page when capacity has been reached for a vending theme. We work hard to not have more than 1-2 of any categories to help vendors reach maximum sales.
