Lavender Microwave Potato Chips: Potatoes (Purple if available) Olive Oil Wildwood’s Lavender Pink Himalayan Salt Clean potatoes thoroughly. Slice thinly, 1/8-1/16”. Place on a microwave safe plate so slices do not touch. The middle chips will cook quicker than outer ones. Microwave 2.5 minutes (may vary with different wattages).
